General Information

What is Lagree Formation?
Lagree Formation offers a comprehensive full-body workout using the MegaPro machine. Our sessions are structured to tone muscle, improve flexibility, and boost endurance. By targeting smaller stabilizing muscles and focusing on endurance, this workout helps activate muscles you might not have realized were there!

Who can participate in Lagree Formation?
Lagree Formation is designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Each class includes options and modifications to suit your needs as you progress. While it may take some time to adjust to the workout, our instructors are trained to guide you through the process. Just be patient, stay consistent, and prepare to see amazing results!

For those with chronic pain, joint issues, or serious medical conditions, we suggest starting with a private session to evaluate your fitness level before joining group classes.

When can I book a class?
Classes can be reserved online up to seven days in advance for members and 6 days ahead for all non-members. To ensure your spot in your desired session, we encourage early booking.

Are there varying class levels?
Yes, we provide classes designed for all experience levels along with specialized variations to suit different needs You can explore more about the class types on our website or contact us for details.

What happens if an instructor or class changes?
Instructors and scheduled classes may change without prior notice. We recommend checking the Lagree Formation class schedule regularly for updates to avoid surprises.

First-Time Clients

Do I need an account to join?
Yes! To purchase class credits and book your sessions, you’ll need to create an account. Simply visit our website or download our app and click on "Book a Class" to get started.

What should I bring to my first class?
Wear flexible, comfortable clothing similar to what you’d wear to the gym or a yoga session. Grip socks are mandatory. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and a eucalyptus towel will be provided at the end of the workout. We provide filtered water refill stations in the studio.

Please avoid wearing hand jewelry, as rings and similar items can damage the equipment.

How early should I arrive for my first class?
If this is your first time with us, please arrive 10-15 minutes early for a safety briefing and orientation. If you arrive late and miss the orientation, you may be asked to come another time and re-credited.

Existing clients should aim to arrive at least five minutes early to settle in.

Can I purchase both intro offers?
Our introductory offers are exclusively available to first-time guests, and you’ll need to choose one. We recommend the 2-Week Unlimited Pass to fully experience the workout, as it typically takes 3-5 sessions to get comfortable. Alternatively, if you’d like to ease into it, the 2-Class Package might be a better fit.

Late Arrival Policy

What happens if I arrive late?
For the safety of all participants, new clients must arrive on time for their scheduled class. Late entry will not be permitted, as first-time clients require an orientation with the instructor and Megapro. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for your first class to ensure a smooth introduction.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 12 hours before class to avoid forfeiting your credit.

Cancellation Policy

How does the cancellation policy work?
You can cancel reserved classes up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without losing your credit. If you cancel within less than 12 hours, you will lose the credit for that session, or if you’re on a 30 Class Membership or any intro offer, a $20 late cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations cannot be made via email. Please log in to your account through our website or mobile app to cancel your class.

For private and semi-private sessions, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance.

How do I cancel a class?
To cancel, log in to your account, select "My Classes," click the pencil icon next to the session you wish to cancel, and confirm the cancellation. If you encounter any issues, please email us for assistance.

What happens if I cancel or miss a free class?

Waitlist Policy

What is the waitlist, and how does it work?
If a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist. To do so, you must already have a valid class credit or membership. If a spot opens more than an hour before class, you’ll automatically be added and notified via email.

If you’re added to the class within 12 hours of the start time, the cancellation policy still applies, and late cancellation penalties may be charged if you don’t attend or remove yourself from the class.

Before the one-hour cutoff, if you decide not to take the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist through your account, and your class credit will be returned. After the one-hour mark, the waitlist becomes void, and any remaining spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I check my waitlist status?
Log in to your account, go to "My Classes," and check your waitlist position. If you no longer wish to attend the class, remove yourself from the waitlist or contact us to do so.

Medical Inquiries

Can I attend classes while pregnant?
Congratulations! If you were an active participant in Lagree Formation prior to pregnancy, you can continue attending classes with your doctor’s approval. If you’re new, we recommend waiting until after your pregnancy, as trying a core-intensive workout for the first time while pregnant may not be advised by medical professionals.

For postpartum clients, doctors typically recommend waiting at least 8 weeks after vaginal delivery or 10–12 weeks after a C-section before resuming activity. Be kind to your body and ease back into exercise.

Can I take classes while recovering from an injury?
If you’re recovering from an injury or surgery (e.g., knee, back, or shoulder), we recommend consulting your doctor first. Once cleared, consider starting with a private session tailored to your needs before joining group classes.
